betli's Complete Terms & Conditions

betli (operating domain: betli.lat) is an online casino and betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (referred to hereinafter as "Terms") form a legal agreement between betli and its users.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on betli will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = total ৳25,000 in wagers required before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Any bonus offer may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at betli's discretion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Attempts to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

betli's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. betli reserves the right to grant, modify, or cancel VIP membership.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on betli are operated with guaranteed fair and impartial outcomes. Game results are entirely random and neither betli nor any of its representatives influences the outcome of any game.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was the result of a technical fault on the platform.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which will be displayed in the game interface.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

The following applies to sports betting:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with betli's own rules.
• Live odds changing after a match has started is normal and does not affect bets that have already been confirmed.
• In combined bets (parlays), if any single event is cancelled, that bet will be reduced to a single bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betli platform:

• Operating an account in the name of a minor or placing bets on their behalf.
• Attempting to gain bonus or promotion benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using false or another person's information.
• Using bots, software, or any automated method to play games.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting betli staff.

If any of the above activities are detected, betli reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Closure by betli

betli may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of the Terms or evidence of fraud.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Suspected financial security concerns.
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player
